I used the Demo version with no problem. I puchased the Commercial version today and I am not able to upload a video at all. It looks like it is uploading but never completes. Tried all different file types, sizes, etc. Same goes for thumbnails and preview images. I also have the youtube.php error in the Checklist tab. Please help! Thank you!

I'm having the same problem with uploading videos in the demo. The progress bar almost completes but it never finishes.

I'm having the same problem. The checklist all says "Success" now, but the video stops at about 99% completion. Tried different formats, same problem.
Please help - I really want to try this player out.

Same problem for me too. I am developing locally in mamp. The image upload function isnt working either. Support would be nice, as I will purchase this extension once I have my gallery working in demo mode.

There was a little bit problem in uploading files through flash buttons to the server.
We apologize for the inconvenience..
Now we replaced the same to normal browse button....
Please download the latest version ...

I'm having the same problem. How do you create the video thumbnails? I've tried the regular upload and FFMPEG. Am I suppose to make my own thumbs? When I try to use the uploader, it gets to 99% but never finishes. I would like to purchase the full version, but I need to know how to get the thumbnails so that my users can see them. What's the difference between a regular upload and FFMPEG?

Previously we had some problems in uploading files through flash button.But later we fixed that issue.Please download the latest files.....
In admin panel if you go for New videos in videos tab,you will options to choose
File
Url
Youtube
FFmpeg

If you choose file, you can upload your own video file,thumb image,Preview image..
So that the player displays it accorndinly..
If ffmpeg is chosen ,you need to upload only video file,then ffmpeg exe will extract the thumb image as well the preview image..
