I have downloaded the Joomla plugin and I am considering buying the licence but have a couple of questions first;

With the licence I understand that I will lose the logo and link in the published player, correct?

When I access the component from Joomla, there is text over the control bar saying: "Do you know that HD Player not just develops Extensions but also provides professional web design and custom development services. We would be glad to help you to design and customize the extension to your business needs"
Is this text removed in the licenced version?

There is also a launch HVVPlayer link and a contact us link right below the new video and defaul buttom (easy to click on the wrong link); are these links there in the licenced version?

I have 2 domains; one to test and play around with and a production domain on which I give access to an Opensource application. I like to use the player for showing Camtasia movies (kind of a helpfile). Can I install the licenced version on 2 domains?

In licenced version, we don't put any information about us in front end.
But, in the back we displayed our information, so that you(Buyer) can contact us for any help/support regarding our player.
There is no issue with removing the displayed text.

Yes. These links will be in licensed version too. Don't bother about admin part. Because it is for you only for any further support from us. Because we provide free support for all our products.

Sure you can install. But you need to buy two license keys.
License key will work only with the site for which you purchased.
