I have installed the HDV FLV Gallery product to wp 3.2.1 so I can upload large videos to my sites hosting account instead of youtube etc. I can't get them to upload and get this error

Upload Failed: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

I have manipulated the wp php.ini file and the htaccess file with no luck. I can't upload videos. Any ideas?

Hi,

1. Check with your hosting provider to increase the upload_max_size value.

2. Directly upload the video file through ftp and provide that video path in admin --> media --> hdflvplayer -->URL to video file

for ex. http://www.yourdomainname.com/videos/test.flv

The solution that worked was finding the right php.ini file in the top root directory of a deluxe hosting plan with godaddy. There were three ini.php files and I added the following code to them and overwrote the originals via ftp

memory_limit = 192M
post_max_size = 10M
file_uploads = On
upload_max_filesize = 192M
