Hello, I followed all the instruction to the demo, I made a new folder in my root directory and installed all the files. I keep getting this message:

You don't have permission to access /HDFLVPlayer/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I don't know what to do, I'm guessing it's because there is no index file in the root folder?

Our package have index.html file please provide write permission to all the files and try installing again. If you want us to install the script from our side kindly send email to our business team at bdm@contus.in.
