Hi,

Go to your drupal admin

Admin --> HDFLV management --> ManageVideos --> Addnew video

Select the option File Path : Youtube url and add the Youtube Link Ex :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTGHCRUdlBs

Thumb image created automatically.

And also you have an option for hide the youtube logo. Admin --> HDFLV management --> Settings--> player settings
