Is there a way that I can use the hdpath variable in wordpress to call the hd video path for each post?

I would like to add this variable to the code for a my singlepost.php in the wordpress template file.

This way I can give a link to allow visitors to easily download my videos for their own use.

Please goto the below path and set the HD_default = True, to have the hd videos for each post . The path given below,
Path: hdflvplayer\xml\config.xml
