Hi, I have a problem with the video gallery, I have installed the files twice but doesn't work however!
the error is "there is a problem ih loading required skin".. the video is totally black!

It's a demo, I want to try it before buy!

The error which you are facing is due to your skin changes doesn't get saved properly in the database. If you have any idea, kindly check for it. If you are feel difficult, contact our support team. They will check and do it for you.

I have tried to reinstall all component but it doesn't work anyway! Can you help me please? It's urgent :(
