Hello, I bought my license with you and Im working on a test site, so I have to move my client to another domain.
I already wrote before on your contact form and also opened a support ticket, but had no answer.
Can you please change my license from floridawebagency.com to brtvonline.info/tv?
Also, the videos are playing not too fast and they are also not playing on iphone and ipad.
Can you please let us know what we might be doing wrong?

My version is the wordpress video gallery - I bought it because of the html5

Hi,

We have already provided the license key for the domain you have requested.

Make sure that you have not uploaded flv videos since html 5 player does not support flv. Kindly check by adding videos formats like mp4,m4v and f4v, also try using youtube videos.
