This is a Great Player , This is the Best Player on the net , and i Purchased it after many Comparisons with other Players , and i said that to all my friends "this is the best player"
But i found it comes Without any Support

i open a Ticket since 3 days , Until now all i have received is :

" our developers are working on your issue , we will update you soon "

i feel that i ask for a impossible thing .

are my issue needs 100 developers and 1 year to fix it ?

Since you are using clipbucket, we don't know have any idea about our package...

We are trying to check with clipbucket ... In our latest version, this is not available.

Sorry for the confusion. I just came to know about your issue. Clipbucket extension was not developed by us. HD FLV Player extension for Clipbucket was developed by Clip Bucket. So if you need any help you have to check with them
