I am having issues with the player finding the video. I've tried uploading, url and youtube options and I keep getting the same error.

Settings are as follows (which are the default):

Buffer Time 5 secs Logo Alpha 35 %
Width 740 px Skin Auto Hide Enabled
Height 415 px Stage Color #000000
Normal Screen Scale Aspect Ratio Skin skin_black.swf
Full Screen Scale Aspect Ratio Full Screen Enabled
Autoplay Enabled Zoom Enabled
Volume 34 % Upload Max File Size 100 MB
FFMpeg Binary Path /usr/bin/ffmpeg/ Timer Enabled
Number of related videos display in the front page per page 8 Share url Enabled
Playlist Autoplay Enabled HD Default Disabled
Playlist Open Enabled Related Videos Enabled Both
Vast Disabled Vast Partner Id 0

When you load the page www.wowtabards.com you get the player, skin and the scrolling dots, but then the error shows up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

Jordi

Hi,

I have checked at your site...
The first url provided is http://www.gametrailers.com/video/gc-09-wow-cataclysm/55280
When check this url it shows up the new page in which video starts playing..
Say for an instance
http://hdflvplayer.net/videos/300.mp4
you will be getting download option..
Similarly you have to provide the path along with video file name as below:
http://www.gametrailers.com/video/gc-09-wow-cataclysm/test_video.flv

Second thing is youtube ,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVATUYADKGs

This video doesn't show's up because allow_url_fopen is turned off,you can check the same in joomla administrator/help/sysytem info/php information..

Now we have an alternate method to solve this issue and working perfect..So you can download the latest files and make use of it...
Please uninstall the old component before installing the new one...

Hope this helps you...

Hi,

We have looked at your site.Hd Default is enabled Under Extensions/HD Flvplayer/Settings.Since you have not provided hd url for titled Hasliberg, the requested video is not played.Make HD Default to turned disable or provide hd url path.

In the module you have provided input for video url, since there is no hd url for this file it doesn't play.

If you have any other queries ,please let us know,we will support you

Hope this post helps you..

Thanks

Hi Wippi,

Make sure that you have enabled Youtube API in HDFlvPlayer Settings.

Hi wippi,

Sorry for inconvenience.
To edit settings click on "Edit" at right side below our HDFlyPlayer Logo.

Try the below options one by one.
1. Remove http:// from youtube url and then add.
2. Also check the php.ini file to confirm that curl has been enabled under menu Help/System Info -- Php info

I think you are using older version. Please download new file for advanced options and follow HDFlvPlayer documentation to work with our player.
