How can I get the html5 version of the flv player to work? We want the html5 version to be the default version. Right now, it does not work at all. When we test the site on an ipad, the player does not show up

Thanks

Hi,

Get the latest package from support team to overcome this issue. Upgrade the latest package and also make sure that you have added the video formats supported by HTML5 player.

Thanks
Arun

OK it seems to be working if they do not have the flash player installed, it will use the html5 version. Is there a way to control the look of the related videos? We would like them in a column on the right side instead of a row on the bottom. As well, the related videos do not show up inside the player (using Chrome on the asus tranformer prime tf300.)

Hi,

Please note that the HTML5 is only for mobile like IOS devices If you view the video in iphone you can see the video in HTML5 but the same video will play is flash in your desktop pc browser. Also It is not possible to customize the related videos inside the player from your end and you can only customize the related videos outside the player. If you need to customize playlist inside player then please send your requirements to our business team at bdm@apptha.com. so we can customize it. Also make sure that you have enabled related videos inside the player from player settings in admin.

Thanks
Arun

We could live without having the videos inside the player if its possible to customize the outside list to flow vertically beside the player instead of horizontally below the player? If so, where are the settings to do that?

Thanks
